Vanity Question - Changing Coach's Photo

This has nothing to do with gameplay, but when I imported a DDSCB18 league my coach's photo is bleh. If I'm playing a fantasy game, I might as well make myself as hip as I like to think I am!! Does anyone know a way to change the photo once the coach has been created?
