Very, very new to the game.
Using the Steam version.
When I open the game the screen is not a window and sits in the left corner of my monitor screen. No way I can see to move it, no way I can see to make it full screen. As far as I can tell plays normally.

Just a note also have the DDS College Basketball 2019 steam version and it loads up full screen.

It's in the Options tab in the lower right corner/Display settings.
