Draft recruits

Draft recruits

Postby rwb513@sbcglobal.net » Mon Nov 02, 2020 6:31 pm

I'm trying to understand the drafting process. Is there any direct correlation of High School recruits rank in the draft or their number of stars to their overall player value after the draft? Will a 4 star QB recruit ranked #650 always be better than a 3 star recruit rated #1100 or is it random. Does the stars and recruiting rank go out the window once you scout players and see the evaluations of intelligence, strength, arm, accuracy, etc ? -rwb

The stars are a guide and the rankings are a guide, but there is quite a bit of overlap in the rankings so that you can find hidden gems in scouting. The scouting helps determine if a players combination of ratings matches up well for how you're going to use them, etc.

Thanks. You confirmed what I suspected. I purchased the game a couple of weeks ago have enjoyed the college football differences from the Pro game.
