Colorado State's winning streak continued with a fantastic defensive effort in the first half, holding Air Force to 11 points before a halfcourt buzzer beater. The Falcons cut the lead to 6 midway through the second half, but the Rams held on for their 7th win in a row.

Notes:
-Neither team could shoot, as they were a combined 5-31 from deep.
-The Rams did most of their scoring in the paint, scoring 44 of their 68 points there.

Colorado State got revenge on Boise State, as the Rams dropped 107 points on the Broncos and won by 17 on the road. Boise State's zone could do nothing to stop the Rams, as they went 17-27 on three pointers. The only reason is stayed somewhat close is that Boise knocked down 11 threes of their own, but it wasn't enough to end Colorado State's 8-game winning streak.

Notes:
-Art Bonner led the Rams in scoring, hitting 6 threes off the bench.
-Colorado State had another great performance defending the rim, as DeShawn Phillips led with 5 blocks and the Rams totaled 14 as a team.
