Testing 4 more times:

1. 65% O/35% D. 2. 75% O/25% D. 3. 65% D/35% O. 4. 75% D/25% O.

I’ll start with the same Rhode Island team I’ve been starting with, will use Motion and Princeton on O, about 50% Man, 25% 2-3, 25% 3-2 on D.

Let’s see what happens, although you won’t see much for the next few days. Busy, busy.

Can you explain what 65% O/35% D etc means. Do you mean offensive sets / Transition offense or do you mean practice time allocations?

Practice time is 65% offense, 35% defense.: 25 minutes each for Motion and Princeton, 5 min. each for the three zone attacks. 10 minutes each for three defenses: Man, 2-3, 3-2, 5 minutes for Full Court man to man press.
