3/23: 76-56. 27, 4, 6 for Hort, 11, 14, 5 blocks for Redd, 12, 5 for Monn. Big edge inside again.

Loux sprained a hamstring and may not play many minutes again, maybe in the final game if we get there. Monn will start, Kell will get most of the sub minutes.

#3 seed, #10 ranked NC ST, 29-7, in the Elite Eight. We won by 40 in December. On paper we win easily.

3/25: Quick start, then they come back, then we go on a run. Up 10 after 10. 49-42 at the break. Balanced scoring. -7 at the line. 3 fouls on Prin. The game is even in the paint. Redd played 4 minutes due to fouls. With he and Prin sitting it was not easy. We’re holding the lead. Up 19 with 10 to go. And another run wraps it up.

113-75. 29, 6 for Monn, 19, 7, 3, 3 for Hort, 18 for Kell, , 9, 7 for Brow. We were better in the paint in the 2nd half. 20-50 on threes.

#2 seed, #5 ranked Gonzaga, 32-7, in the national semifinal. We beat them by 26, then 10, in back to back games in November. On paper we win easily. We’ll see!

4/1: They have a very good C, but so do we!

Trading baskets early on. Up 5 after 10. Big run. 61-41 at halftime. 17, 4 for Prin, 14 for Winn. 10 threes and we’re in charge inside. The two Cs are cancelling each other out.

Holding our lead early. Up 19 with 10 to play. 5 left and they’re not going to catch us!

108-82. 21, 9, 10, 3, 3 for Hort, a near triple double. 17, 6 for Prin, 15, 9 for loux in 17 minutes. 19 for Monn, 10, 13 for Redd, 16, 1, 3 for Winn. We were better inside. 18 threes.

It’s #2 seed, #8 ranked Tennessee, 31-8 for the national title. This is a team we should beat.

Loux is healthy as is everyone on both teams.

4/3: It’s close early. Up 2 after 10. Then we go on a run. 41-32 at the half. Both teams are shooting badly, we’re at 34.1% and they’re at an awful 22.9%. 4, 14, 7 blocks
for Redd, 13, 3 for Prin, 10, 4 for Winn. We have a slight edge inside. Loux has 3 fouls.

“20 minutes to glory, guys. Stay focused and no dumb fouls!”

A run! Up 19 with 10 to go. Looking good! The subs are in!

96-70 and back to back championships! I think this year’s team was better than last, even though they went undefeated and we lost one.

24, 6 for Prin, 9, 23, 8 blocks for Redd, 16 each for Hort and Winn.

4/4: Awards: Hort is the tourney MOP and a first team All American. I am national COY.

In the Big 12, Hort is POY, Frosh OY and first team. Redd is Def. POY and 1st team. Prin and Loux make the 2nd team and I am Conf. COY.

4/9: I decide to end this association but guess what… my Dream Job, UConn, is open for the first time. LMAO.
In 8 seasons playing the three point plan, my record is an amazing 273-28, .907! I guess I proved what I was trying to prove!
