If you're going to make changes to the whole injury thing, like make a medical staff, creates injury issues after an injury, etc... each player should have some kind of injury rating that is identifiable by the scouting and staff. Also, there is different levels of injury proneness... some guys can be playing with nagging injuries all season long... they are injured, but not severely, while there are some that are susceptible to major injuries, either because of their play style or their general condition.
I like the idea of something like this, as I'm always interested in more strategic decisions you need to make. But I'd also like to have the information available to make those decisions.
