Do weight and height matter now in the 2020 version?

yes, they've mattered for quite a while, not just PF20

It is not calculated in OVR. Heavy players are harder to block/move around, but if they're too heavy they're considered overweight and have issues with mobility. Tall players have advantages over shorter players for pass catching etc. Not sure I would focus too much on them as they're relative minor variables, but they do have effects.

1.2 Does the naked weight count, or is there a BMI calculation?

300 pound RB, too heavy... 120 pound RB, too light. Not going to give out the formula. At a certain point differences in build are so minor compared to speed, strength, hands, etc. I don't want people focusing on the wrong things.
