Punter Kicked and Kicker Punted

I just noticed something quite strange -
On my depth charts, I put the punter as the second string kicker and the kicker as the 2nd string punter.
well, just now, in a computer simmed game I watched, the box score after the game showed that my punter had attempted every FG but one, and my kicker an punted every punt but one.

Sounds like the backups got put in for some reason. I'm not seeing anything in the code that would cause this.
