Depending on how you installed the file will be in different places, but its in your install directory in the folder called 'data' (you can just do a windows search for it).
The blitz playbook is at the bottom, the default is somewhere in the middle (make sure to copy the blitzes into the default defensive playbook, not the offensive one).
just move everything between the <Playbook ....> and </Playbook>

Would be good if in the further versions you'll just let the multiplayer comissioner to turn these plays on or of when creating the league and make them avaivable on single player
Also would be great to enjoy a friendlier playbook interface: display of plays (Sports Mogul is a good example here), explanation of defense roles (what does the secodn circle mean, what means the square put on the line, etc), and other handy features.Btw, does having many plays in the playbook affect the quality of playing? I.E. overloading players' minds with load of plays. And does the number of playbooks used afect as well? (having 3-4 playbooks with 20 plays each, for example).
