I have asked this before in a different format, so I apologize, but this is so important to me -
Might be easier if I start out with how I want the game to function-
Just bc I call the plays in a game between two of my teams, I DO NOT want the game engine to run it any different than if the computer were controlling both teams.
Is this possible? If not, I will be very disappointed. Bc that is the essence of the kind of game I want to run - to me, all of the teams in my league are equally "my team" and the computer's teams. I do not want in any shape or fashion results to be skewed bc of some notion of "its me vs the computer - how hard is it to beat the computer??" This is totally irrelevant to me in this kind of game. I want to create teams with individual identities, then have them play each other with as realistic a set of results as possible. And I would like to be able to control one of the teams in some of the more important matches each week without warping the results even a little bit. I mean, obv the results will change bc of the plays I calll, etc. Ignore those things for the sake of the argument; or perhaps it is best said "All things being equal" i do not want any other variables to affect the game that are out of my control.
With things like "Increased AI Difficult", it makes me think that what I am wanting to see is not what I will get, that indeed if I control one of the teams in a game, the game AI/engine will have different results that if it were computer vs. computer bc of this idea of "me v. computer". Maybe if I click "Increased AI Difficulty", the team the computer controls will be more effective on offense, and score more points, while giving up fewer points, that if they were controlled by another player, or than if both team were computer controlled.
Does this make sense at all?
If so, can we please perhaps have an additional option next to "Increase AI Difficult" that reads "AI Netral" or something to that effect?
