Suggestion - Allow Full editing of Coaching Staff

Can you pls change it so that we can edit anything about any of the coaching staff? As is now, no matter what I have tried there seem to be no way to edit the coach's "Coach Offense" star rating, as well as the Coach Defense star rating. I dont see why this would be a problem since we can edit everyting else about caoaches and players.
Related question - dloes that star rating actully translate into winning? Does it actually change or affect anything in the game engine?

Can we PLEASE have this added? I keep coming up against this = I'm having to do all sorts of extra work, make special/extra playbooks, bc I cannot edit all of the coaches features. I did not realize I could only hire/fire coaches, even in a sandbox league, in a specific 1-2 week period, since literally EVERYTHING else is modifiable throughout the season. I'm still quite confused by this.

Click on coach, then profile, then edit at the top of the coach view?

The game doesnt applow editing of the Coach's Attitude or style.

Ok, looks like a couple of the most recent settings didn't get into the edit screen. If you notice any others that aren't there let me know and we'll add them to the list.
