Is Int valued at all amongst random positions like LB or RB? Obvs important for QB, but does it affect the game engine for all positions? I know its very important for QBs and DBs, is it really important for anyone else? MLB, or C perhaps?

Yes. We use it in a lot of places for decision checks and field placement.
