Anybody else trying to play this way? Not calling Plays, just Watching the Games and Manging all 32 Teams as a General Manager?

I take control of all 32 Teams as a Human. As per my suggestion, we now can sim and watch one game at a time as a Human Owner.
Before the game I auto the Teams Depth Charts that are playing. As Human Owner of all the Teams, you view emails for all the Teams, if the CPU controlled you could not.
I'm still figuring out how to manage everything but it seems to be working.
