Increased AI Difficulty

Hi,

I checked the help file, but unless I missed it, didn't see it.

Could someone give a specific explanation as to what checking the "Increased AI Difficulty" box does in league creation?

Obviously it makes things harder for the user, but, I'm wondering in what ways and to what extremes?

Basically makes it harder to sign players, opposing players perform better, etc. I don't think we can really quantify it.
