Need Help Setting Up Finances

I'm brand new to DDS games and was trying to set up a league with custom contract limits. When I try to do this, I can't seem to satisfy the game when it comes to how I should set the Max Draft Contracts. When I try to go to the next stage, I receive the message: "Max Draft Contract must be greater than Min Contract and less than Salary Cap"

Am I misunderstanding what the game is asking for?

I may be reading this wrong, but if your minimum draft contract is $45,002 and you draft 7 players, that equals $315,014 which is more than your salary cap. Your salary cap is way too low. Think that if you had 40 players at the minimum for a 60-69 rating, that would be $1,800,040 just to meet the minimum....
