Save offensive playbook bug

On the custom playbooks pages, when creating an offensive playbook, it says right under the Create New Playbook button, "To be valid, an offensive custom playbook must contain at least 3 run and 3 pass plays."

I created a playbook of 8 plays, 4 runs and 4 passes, to test these plays. It says the playbook is invalid. Either the information given is wrong, or there is a bug. I'm assuming it should be 10 run and 10 pass plays, which it was in PF19... Should be a quick fix

Thx, will take a look. The min/max is configurable so the text probably needs to change based on settings.
