Do coaches develop? I see their reputation go up, but I haven't really noticed significant changes in any area for my coaches. I tried to hire young guys, hoping they'd develop but nothing really, even though their reputation is over 100, the team is winning year after year, and their ratings are somewhat low so should be easy to grow.

For players, we choose how much they work on different areas of their game. Is it possible to do this for coaches also? For example, I have an offensive coordinator who has 1/2 star for discipline. Our offense has a lot of penalties. I assume they are related, and so I'd like this coach to learn how to coach his player to take less penalties.
