Offensive and defensive play editor is broken in a few ways for me, checking to see if anyone else is seeing this (Game seems to function correctly otherwise).

* custom plays do not draw on the little chalkboard when being created (or after)
* there is only ever 1 option for player action (not 3 like in the youtube vids or screenshots)
* clicking `edit` for custom play when it is selected generates an error (don't recall if this is consistent, will check this and the log later today and post it here)

As a quick follow up: I downloaded the demo from the website and installed it too, just in case the steam verz was broken somehow. Same thing...

Player actions were taken down to 1 since actions 2 and 3 are not currently used by the engine.

Editing a custom play was a recent update... it could be I missed a scenario so if you see something reproducible let us know in the slack channel or post up your league file so we can diagnose.

IC. I will reproduce the bug i encountered and check the log. slack channel? all right, i use slack all day (like all devs...), i'll find you and post it there (assuming its public).

little moar detail. if i make a custom play (with the single action(s)) it looks to work, but, as stated in the OG post - never draws on the little chalkboard (though pre-existing plays do)
