Training Position Skills

Positional Skills in training schedule...

Does this increase a player's skill at their position? For example, I have a RB with 72 skill at RB and 23 skill at FB. Does Positional skill improve his skill at the RB position?
Does this increase player ratings useful to their position? For example, I have a Guard, does this improve his Run blocking and Pass blocking? Does a WR train hands? What else, run blocking? Speed and agility? Endurance? Does a DT train Strength and Tackling using positional skills? If so, can you tell us what player ratings are trained using position skills in the training schedule for each position?

Understanding what you are actually training can help plan a proper training schedule.

As always, THANKS!!!

Position skills are the skills specific to position... so the longer they play and train at the position the better they get at it.

Training otherwise affects player ratings.

OK... so if I look at the player's card, ratings progress... I can assume all those ratings not tied to another category (speed, agility, strength, intelligence) are those ratings that are trained in Positional Skills....

Positional Skills are RB, QB, WR, CB, etc.
