Too Many Subs at QB-HELP!

I need some assistance here, and not to sound too dramatic, but this kind of breaks the game for me.

I'm playing a league game, myself vs computer, and the QB for the computer controlled team is just being randomly swapped in and out seemingly. This is destroying the enjoyment I could have for the game. Game has many great features, enough to normally allow me to look past some of the stuff it doesnt have yet, but I cant deal with this. I just don't understand why its happening....no apparent injuries. I'm not sure..

Any help Brooks? Should I send u one of my league files that might help u figure out why this is happening?
I have had some other strange substitution patterns as u may recall, such as the game where my kicker punted and my punter kicked. Just about every game I play, the backup qb throws roughly 4-5 passes at least. This totally destroys any realistic sense to the statistical output of the games and my season. I appreciate any assistance

Okay yah just happened again with a completely different team - looked at the play by play of a simulated game, for a random 2-3 series in the middle of the game, the backup came in passed for 11 att total. I only have 10 teams so the number of games is def very high percentage wise that this is happening. This is secpnd game of 5 this week that this was very noticeably, with a third where it happened not quite as egregiously. Do I just need to perhaps adjust so the backup is a little worse, maybe the enging is subbing bc they see the backup is near the same overall rating? Or maybe boost the Endurance score for the starter?

If you start just a standard sandbox game and just use CPU generated rosters and sim a week or two on those does the same thing happen? It could be related to endurance, but it also happens due to injuries, or when teams are up by more than 2 scores, etc. Feel free to share the .bin file and I can try and take a look when I have some free time.

It really feels like overall there is a setting that is turned up too high in regards to backups swapping in sensitivity. For instance, this game is 23-7 with 8 minutes to play and both teams shuffle in the backups. What?! Technically that's not even more than 2 scores with 2 point conversions. Even if it were 28-7, with 9 minutes left, you wouldnt put in your backups yet.

just to be sure, its set to 'play mostly starters' in the team strategy right?

Yea, the end game one I'm adjusting for the next update (no ETA) so it's not quite so aggressive. I was more concerned about the middle of the game ones.

It's the middle of the game subs that are just really throwing things off. It may only be 4 attempts, but over a full season that around 60ish attempts that should have gone to the starter(assuming backup maybe SHOULD have thrown at least a handful). Thats def substantial, particularly when yr hoping to see year-end say total passing yardage from the league startrs be around the level they have in the real NFL.

We can delete this I realized this was as a result of my own doing! I forgot for the teams this was happening I freaking made an offensive package where the backup qb would come in ever blue mooon!! Sorry guys!
