Player ratings (bars) - Max value for each position

This is just a suggestion :
When viewing player's card the bar that represents player's rating for each attribute is set to be maxed out at 100. The closer it gets to 100 it becomes green. Now let's say you're looking at your RB attributes:
STR=82
AGL=95
SPD=97
INT =72
HND=77
What do you see? Only 2 green bars for Agility and Speed. The rest is yellow. The problem here is that when I created fictional leagues(numerous times) the highest rating ever for any RB in STRENGTH was 82, INTELLIGENCE was 72 and HANDS was 77. So in my opinion all of the bars should be in green color for this particular RB. Bars should give us quick assessment on our player's attributes without looking at numbers but right now it's a bit deceiving.
Any thoughts?

I very much agree with this line of thinking. I think it should be easier to determine appropriate rating ranges per position, per rating to make it easier to accurately create fictional players with the abilities we intend
