I have micromanaged to make certain trainings for players in need of skills that theyre missing recently and whenever my players have Tackling as a skill that growed up and its mentioned in training report, the Tackling has not going up for any players.

Every other skills is growing but tackling isnt the one!

I looked at the code briefly and tackling should be going up occasionally, but not all gains are included for certain positions.

I am still finding them not updating. For example:


Then I am going to the rating history and this is what i get. 4+ seasons without Tackling...



Something has happened and it stopped to progress it above 80 ?
For example the other guy, Price has got his tackling +1.

that graph only updates between seasons, so you wont see changes there until the season flip.

Can you check his numbers on his playerpage or your roster from one week to the next and see if the problem is there (take a screenshot of your roster and sim a couple of weeks and check the emails to see who to compare)

It seems like it was an issue with one season. From the new season Tackling has started to add to the players ratings.
