QUESTION-ratings for an RB who can catch but fumbles?

I was modifying the ratings for Tiki Barber just now and it presented an interesting quandry -
Given the way ratings are used in this game, how would one place the ratings properly to reflect an early career TIki Barber, ie a RB who has great hands in the passing game for receptions and the like, but conversely fumbles a lot? Normally, to reflect the tendency to fumble, I would think to give this RB a low Hands rating. However, if they are good at receiving passes, Hands would need to be high.
Should I go ahead and set Hands at a high level, and set Intelligence low? I seem to recall that INT might affect tendency to fumble; is that true?
