When to import the Draft file from DDSCF?

When is the proper time to Import the Draft Class from the College game? during the scouting period or at the Draft?

Hey did you ever work this out? Also how do you do it?

If you do it at the draft the scouting phase isn't going to do much. I would import any time prior to scouting by going to the search screen, draft players, and importing there.
