Make Traits Editable IN-GAME!!

This seems to me to be the only remaining big hole in the game - we need to be able to edit a player's traits in-game.
There is no reason we should continue to be forced to go through the whole rigmarole of exporting, converting, editing, converting, an importing back into the game just to add some traits here or there.
