Custom League

I'm trying to create a custom league with a custom conference and custom teams, but when I tried to I get an error that said "There was an error loading the TEAM.xml file. Please ensure this is a valid XML file in the correct format. Error: No Conferences and Teams found" does anyone know what this means and what I need to do?

I would go into the mod forum and share your xml files... there are some great modders there that can check it out. Also remember to use notepad or some other text editor to create xml files... Excel will not do it correct as it adds a lot of extra xml attributes.
