How to continue the save without bein 100+ years old?

I wonder if there is any way of load all data such as stats, histories etc. from my previous save by exporting it all to single json when me as General Manager had already passed 69 years old and I would like to leave AI to work on it or create a new manager to take the team.
I would love to start with the year where new season starts with all history, stats, records, championships etc.
Also, would be great to se coaches retired. Got one offensive coach for good 40+ seasons and hes already 93 years old
