CPU Trades?

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere? I did a search but could not get clarity....

1) Does the CPU AI Offer Trades - or can you only manually do trades?
2) If they do, will they offer trades only is you have a player on the Trade Block or will they offer for a player not on the Block if they really want them?
3) Will CPU teams trade amongst each other? CPU vs CPU trades

As a suggestion maybe there could be an option in the next version to be able to set how active the league is in trading.
The NFL is really active in trades from the beginning of Free Agency through the Draft, then there are really not a lot of trades the rest of the calendar year.
Is that or can that be mimicked in this game?

2) only players that are on the block
3) yes

2 the suggestion: maybe, not a bad idea but its not something thats on the todo list currently.
