I just noticed when you are setting up a league, one of the options when selecting overtime for Playoff Games is "Modified Sudden Death" and "no ties" is missing, implying that a tie Playoff Game from overtime is possible.
I certainly hope its not!

Playoff games are implied to be "No Ties" since they wouldn't work otherwise.
