Play Action?

In the College game, there is a Play Action Check CheckBox in the play creator. But it is not available for every formation only some. So my questions are:

1. How does this work exactly?
2. Why is it only in some formations and not others?
3. Can we get an update that has this available for ALL formations?
4. Could the Pro Version of the game get this added?

Can't do play action without a back in the backfield basically.

Will look at adding it into the pro game in a future version.
