Hello, How does the salary Cap really works? I have setted 180M maximum but no one team respect this, all other teams are out of 20/30M...

You can go over the cap to sign guys for minimum deals so that you can fill out rosters (or sign draft picks). There is a strict cap option that will not let you sim if you are over cap.
