Coach hiring

Has the ability to fire coaches mid season been added? Feels very restrictive only being able to hire and fire a coach at one point in the offseason. To do this you might need to move away from scouting points but having a staff and scout budget which players can assign.

I can look at this... basically if you fire a coach you'd get a "internal hire" coach that replaced them to finish out your season. I'm assuming the only real case you would do this is promoting a coordinator to head coach and then having some internal hire take over as coordinator. But I suppose if you wanted an internal hire for head coach that's up to you.
