1/2 screen Pro FB2020

Recently purchased 2020 Pro FB, when download, got 1/2 screen to left of home screen. Changed resolution, but bottom
Of screen is cut off. I purchased College FB 2020 a couple weeks ago and downloaded with no issues. Also, I sent a “ticket” to wolverine Support 3 days ago, and haven’t heard back from them. I have tried re downloading numerous times, but get the same results. Would appreciate any help at all.

I've looked into this, and as far as I can tell the screen resize code for CF and PF is identical, but PF is having issues with resolutions above 1920x1080 and it's throwing the calculations off. At this point all of our resources are focused on PF21 which is a completely new platform that won't have these issues. The best I can come up with is to change your resolution to 1920x1080 or test changing the various scaling options and see if those work as workarounds. It's a terrible solution, but I don't have other options at this point and a patch to PF20 isn't going to happen without taking time away from our release schedule for PF21 and CF21.

I can get the screen to the proper size, but with the bottom of screen being cut, and information I can't see, I can't live with that.
Can I please have a refund, or 2021 version?

May I ask what the fix is? Running the demo and have the same issue Brooks. I know your time is spent on '21 but I was hoping to continue working on some graphics and having the display truncated doesn't help. Also, is the demo only good for 7 days? I thought it used to be 2 seasons.
