Error in Depth Chart/Formation Display

I'm getting a lot of very strange small errors in the Depth charts display situation.
When I select "Shotgun4WR" under "View Graphics" and press "Go", the display I get rarely lines up with who I have put in the depth chart. I keep seeing this with 4 WR vs 3 WR+1TE. For instance, I have a 4th WR selected as my TE. When I view the graphic it is not lining up. There are all kinds of problems with the 3rd and 4th Wideout. Sometimes it will display the 3rd WR as both 3 and 4. Please take a look a the logic here. When creating new depth charts/formations, what was displayed is just not lining up.
