Make Game Plan Customizable/Coach-set Off/Def independent

When deciding on whether to create a custom game plan for offense and/or defense, pls make it possible to create a customizable one side and coach-set at the same time. Right now, if you decide to customize one side of the ball, you are forced to customize both. Please let it be where I can, for instance, create a customizable offensive game plan and let the defensive game plan be set by coach.
