Can someone please tell me how to bring someone up from the D-League. I have a player with a two way contract but when I highlight him the "Recall from D-league" option does not highlight.

Does your roster already contain 15 players?

No it has 14 and one of them is the D-League player with a 2W-DLG on the Roster screen. When I go to the Depth Chart this player does not appear. I show 13 players on this chart.
