So the problem with the customer support page is that it requests all game files but then puts a limit on the file sizes therefore you have to send only some files, then manually send the rest after the customer support responds and asks why you didn't send all of them.
I sent in my files on 12/21 and after sending the other necessary things they asked for I haven't gotten a response. Do I just keep restarting my career until I keep running into these bugs if there is no one there to resolve the issue? I understand it's a busy holiday season but a simple reply of "we see it, we are working on it" would be nice.
