Actually according to Gary the file name is
tournamentmaker.db

I am also having the same problem, but my tournamentmaker.db file is present in the ../Steam/steamapps/common/DDSPB20/app/data folder. Should I move it to the /disk folder?
---UPDATE---
I copied the tournamentmaker.db file and put it in the /disk folder, nothing changed.
