Scouting High School Draft Prospects

Is there a way to assign scouting points to get info on high school draft prospects? I enabled the option to allow high school prospects to enter the draft and I don't see any way to information on them until pre-draft workouts. Thanks!

I should expand on this. Assigning scouting points to all the US regions only provides info on college players and assigning scouting points to North America only provides on info on players from Canada, Mexico and Central America. Getting info on HS draft prospects seems near impossible until the scouting combine. Does anyone else have a different experience? Am I missing something?

I will have to look to see if the scouting feature is ignoring HS players
