Player Instructions - Strategy

I am running a multiplayer league and having trouble inputting individual teams player instruction choices. I have found that if I am in commissioner mode and attempt to input a player instruction then clicking assign instruction does not seem to do anything at all. If on the other hand I attempt to go back into the league from that specific teams dashboard and click assign instruction I get a message on the top right of which folder the instruction is now in to be input into the game but the instruction also does not show up on their page. Is there any way to do this correctly?

The multiplayer file has to be sent in to the commish who imports it. If you're just doing this on the same computer then you should just log back into commish and click the import files button and then it should take
