Not 100% sure, but probably just go to the Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\DDSPB20\app\disk\graphics\logos folder, add the logo you want, and rename it to match the current logo

That may be the only option. The problem with that though is all other leagues will use that logo. I have guys in my custom league that also play NBA leagues.

Unless you are starting a new league, you can't change the league logo, except if you change the one you graphics/logos folder.
If you start a new league, to change the logo - when setting up the league - is at the upper left corner.
