Even though I have set my matrix so that the end-of-the-bench guys get 2 or 4 minutes of playing time per game, they rarely (if ever) actually play. I am 11 games into the latest season and I have 2 players who have not seen a single minute of playing time, despite being assigned 4 minutes of playing time per game (2 minutes in each half).
