Free Throw Offensive Rebound Glitch

I have been simming for about half a season at this point and have noticed whenever checking the gamelogs that are churned out by the program that whenever a free throw is missed, the shooter will get an offensive rebound himself every single time. Is there a reason for this glitch or a possible correction?
