No New Coach Generation

I’m running a multiplayer league with 30 owners and we’ve noticed there are no free agent coaches at all. We started the season in 2004-2005 and are nearing the end of the first season. Will coaches begin to be created or is there an issue with the file? Thanks.

they will be created, but from the second season (05/06), and there will be few coaches at the start. they will became a lot with years
