Variation in Owner goals

Does anyone ever see any variation in Owner goals?!

I must have messed around with about 15 different teams now of varying abilities in both the current and historical database and i get the following :

Make a deep playoff run

Keep *Star Player*

Even with teams like the Magic, Suns etc?

Perhaps it's just my game but if not then i'd love to see this mixed up going forwards, such as realistic expectations for lower teams but also instructions to cash in on certain players by trading them or acquiring a certain type of player in FA or via trade etc

Let me know if these already exist!
