Switching between teams in 30 human filled league

I was just wondering as the commissioner if there is a quicker way to flip between teams in order to make coach suggestions, coach hirings, etc other than to quit the game and log back in as the next team each time. I see a user button on the bottom left corner of the screen but clicking that does not do anything. Is there another shortcut I am not aware of?

I don't think there is. We cannot "Act As" and this would be an effective way of doing our duties much faster.

PB21 will have a feature called Universe Mode which will let you do this much better!
