Guide anywhere?

Are there any guides anywhere? I'm finding no information searching the forums, doesn't allow searching on a lot of words.

Any guides would be helpful, questions I've been looking for is things like what does dynamic ratings do?
How does potential work? Is the star rating accurate, or is it like Football Manager and relies on your staff/scout quality?
How does my GM philosophies work with, the head coach philosophies or do I choose one or the other?
Why do all the head coaches have man defense philosophies?
Is there a way to change the column order on pages such as roster?

In the game, open that top left drop menu and choose HELP. On the help screen there is a button that says help guide. That has an enormous amount of info in there such as

2.4.1.4.2.3 Use Dynamic Ratings
This will cause ratings to be displayed each season as a current perception of
each player. It does not take into consideration past trends. So, if a player has
a bad year, this will reflect more in his ratings than normal. You may see
much larger spikes and drops in ratings.
