Updating Database

Is there a reason why I can't open the database in Access? And if I use SQLite it's not importing the database.

I have successfully used SQLiteStudio to open the database.

While I have only used it to read the data and run SQL statements, I am pretty sure that it allows editing as well.

Yeah I can edit the database as well using it. But when I tried to upload the database back into the game to reflect those changes it does not upload.
