Transactions as of the beginning of the 01/02 Season:



Theo Ratliff who was part of the 76ers last season has been added and has taken the starting Centre role.
We have taken a chance and shipped 2001 draftee Etan Thomas (C) and a 2003 Second round pick (WAS) to San Antonio. Possibly gave up too much but Jackson looks like a role player and we had too many Centers.

We are testing out Kwame Brown as a Power Forward to give him some minutes.

Depth projections

First month was almost as expected, a 1-6 start has the team rock bottom of not just the Division but the Conference. Luckily the Clippers are saving the team from being the worst in the league.




The stats aren't that impressive either, MJ on a low 13.3 PPG, some way off Tim Duncan's league leading 39.4 PPG.



Injuries to Ratliff, Laettner, Lue and Alexander haven't helped the cause, neither has the coach ignoring the rotations and not giving minutes to Simmonds and Jackson.
